Five habits make fat

Bad habits can trigger many diseases, one of which is to be fat. The things that have become a habit sometimes we do not realize all this. For example diet.
There are 5 habits that can make us fat, namely:
1. Eat a big meal, for example, can not control myself when a friend invited parties while there.
when invited to eat at a party many kinds of sweet to salty and fatty, and it is that makes us uncontrollable eating these foods.

2. Let yourself starve, and then when there is a chance we eat food with no controls.
With a long time we do not eat good food, we want to always eat food that we forget about the condition inginkansehingga our bodies.

3. Sugar and Caffeine.
Foods that contain lots of sugar can increase blood sugar levels that encourage the body to produce too much insulin, and excess insulin has a negative influence for the body. One of them is fat. While caffeine can increase blood sugar and reduce the speed of fat burning.

4. Eating too fast.
Eating too quickly lead to the food we eat does not become smooth and this makes digestion does not work with a maximum so many nutrients that do not decompose.

5. Less drinking.
Water is very helpful in helping digestion so that food can be digested well, and the water helps eliminate toxins in the body with the issuance of a sweat or through the dirt.
